Billing Procedure

We will provide you with a priced invoice upon delivery or we can mail or fax one to you if you would prefer.  Just let us know.

Same Day Delivery on orders placed before noon within our normal delivery area.  Orders must be over $50.00.

Backorder Policy

We will do everything possible to completely fill your order.   In the event we are out of stock we will backorder the item and ship it to you when we receive it in our warehouse.  Please inform us if you do not accept backorders.

Return Policy

We are happy to accept returned items within 10 days from billing.  All electrical items are non-refundable.  All special ordered items are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  1. All returns must be in the original packaging and must be in unused condition.
  2. Seller makes no warranty against patent or latent defects in material, workmanship or capacity of property, nor warrants that the property will fit the requirements of any rule, specifications or contract which provides for specific equipment or special methods. Seller will make a good faith effort for prompt correction or adjustment with respect to any product which proves to be defective within any manufactures warranty.
  3. All returns and credits must be requested within (10) ten days from delivery, otherwise all sales will become final.
  4. “Special Orders” items cannot be returned.
